N340 is a multifunctional powder originally developed for 9mm and buckshot cartridges. This pistol powder is one of the best-selling powder types of the vihtavuori N300 series, and can be used for a wide variety of calibers and bullet weights, making it perfect for different methods and ways of reloading.
N340 is mainly used for cartridges with a medium to large caliber and shotgun cartridges with a medium and heavy charge.
The powder is tubular shaped and has a length of 1.0mm and a diameter of 0.8mm, the same as a number of other N300 powder types. N340 burns very cleanly and no residue is left behind, perfect if you shoot a lot in a row and don't want any problems with residue building up in the weapon.
