Steyr CLII SX

The Steyr CL II SX is equipped with a polymer stock with aluminum inserts, these inserts ensure a correct connection of the barrel with the bold housing to the stock. The barrel is completely free from the stock so that vibrations of the barrel are not interrupted by contact with the stock during shooting, which is one of the reasons why Steyr guarantees high accuracy.

The stock is equipped with swivel studs to which 2 sling brackets are attached. Soft grip panels have been fitted around the grip and the fore-end, which have a fine texture and optimal grip in all weather conditions.

Cold hammered barrel

The Steyr cold hammered barrels are easily recognizable by the beautiful profile that rises due to hammering, the end of the barrel has a match profile which ensures that the gases that escape when leaving the projectile from the barrel are uniform and are equal so that this improves stability. The end of the barrel is also provided with M15x1 thread so that it is possible to mount a silencer or muzzle brake.

Steyr CL II safety

The safety of Steyr CLII has been carefully considered, so the rifle has a wheel at the rear of the weapon instead of a slide. The safety has different options, the red position is ready to fire, the next position interrupts the draw and allows the bolt to be moved, and the next position prevents you from removing the bolt from the weapon.

The latter position has the additional option that you can move the bolt downwards towards the butt, which also interrupts the firing pin and makes the weapon extra safe. If you want to release the safety, simply press the wheel into the firing position and the firing pin will be activated again. This Steyr CL II SX also has an accelerator that you activate by moving forward, the accelerator is activated and you then go from 1500 grams to 200 grams of trigger pressure. You can deactivate the accelerator by moving the weapon to the safe position.

The weapon is equipped with a plastic 4-shot removable magazine, which can be removed by pressing 2 lips on both sides of the magazine, making loss of the magazine virtually impossible.
